It is made of caramelized puffed rice.
Rich in B vitamins and rutin (antioxidant). Its delicious taste comes from the perfect alliance between puffed rice, roasted buckwheat seeds and sweet and salty soy sauce particular in the island of Kyūshū.
To be consumed within 160 days from date of manufacture. Required to be stored at ambient temperature.
